We listen, act, and transform
About Me
For 30 years, I have navigated the deepest complexities of the human experience—from the front lines of child protection and foster care to the delicate journey of adoption. I’ve spent nearly three decades witnessing how childhood experiences ripple into adulthood.
But my expertise isn't just professional; it’s personal. Growing up in the ‘70s, I was the girl who was overlooked. Like so many others, I spent most of my adult life knowing something felt 'off' but lacking the language to describe it. My late-life ADHD diagnosis was a turning point, and it’s why I am so passionate about helping others—especially those who have been missed or misunderstood—find their own answers.
Today, I meet my clients exactly where they are. Whether you are navigating the heavy weight of trauma and grief or the 'aha!' moment of a late neurodivergent diagnosis, I provide a sanctuary for you to stop 'just getting by' and start truly healing. We’ll look at where you’ve been so we can build an empowered future together."
